Vintage Pinball is a one-table pinball game. Initially, besides singe-player, the game supported a multiplayer mode for up to four players connecting through internet and a local dual mode. The gameplay is rather typical for a pinball game. The players use two pair of flippers to prevent the ball from falling down and score additional points by hitting specific targets. More balls can be brought into play by hitting the flashing gate, after locking the balls using the black holes. Hitting the center and drop targets may generate bonuses, an extra ball, special and random prizes. To increase the bonus multipliers from 2x to 8x, the players need to spell A, B, C in order using the top rollovers.
Players start with only three balls, but they can earn more by scoring extra balls. If all of them are lost in the drain, it’s game over and the final score is calculated.
